Hey, it’s Jerrica.

KevOnStage’s post on Threads (Watch It Here) really got to me. It was honest in a way most posts aren’t.

He shared how his first goal was to hit 1 million YouTube subscribers. Not because he knew it was possible but because it felt impossible.
A show about your life on Netflix?
Partnering with MACRO?

That’s the kind of stuff we talk ourselves out of before we even try.

But he didn’t give up. He stayed committed even when it felt far away.

He said, “That thing you told yourself. It was ok if it didn’t happen. You’ll do something else or I’ll make it happen but secretly it always naws at you. I want you to keep trying!”

That stuck with me.

Because I’ve given up on goals too.
Goals that felt too wild, too ambitious, too far.

But here’s what I’m learning:

→ If it keeps nudging you, it’s not random
→ If you’re scared, that’s part of the process
→ If you’ve put it down, you can pick it back up

So I want to ask you. What’s the goal you gave up on?

With you,
Jerrica

HOW TO REFRAME YOUR MINDSET

For the days when the goal feels too far or the dream feels too heavy.

You don’t need to start from scratch.
You just need to start from where you are.
The version of you who set the goal still lives inside you.
Let them try again.

Mantras to Reframe and Keep Creating

→ Instead of: “It hasn’t happened yet. Maybe it never will.”
Try: “It hasn’t happened yet, but I’m not done building it.”

→ Instead of: “No one’s paying attention.”
Try: “My job is to keep showing up. The right people will find it.”

→ Instead of: “There’s already someone doing this.”
Try: “No one can do it like me.”

→ Instead of: “I’m behind.”
Try: “This is my timeline and my path.”

→ Instead of: “I missed my shot.”
Try: “I am just getting started.”

You’re not late.
You’re not too small.
And you’re not wrong for still wanting it.

Pick the goal back up.
You’ve got more story to tell.

THAT’S A WRAP
